At Bodagården, we put the child at the center. We have a professional approach and make conscious choices so that all children can become the best version of themselves! In preschool, language-developing learning environments are prioritized to promote children's play, learning, and well-being. The preschool is centrally located in lower Brämhult, has large bright and functional premises, and consists of four departments.

We actively participate in the Erasmus project "100 languages - 100 environments". The project gives us the opportunity to deepen our perspective on children's learning, where children's many expressions and perspectives are at the center. Together we explore how learning environments can be shaped to harness children's curiosity, creativity, and competence.

As a preschool teacher in our language-developing activities, you are responsible for creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere where children feel safe and curious. You plan and implement creative activities based on the curriculum that promote children's language development through play, conversation, and exploration. You will collaborate with other staff to create a holistic experience for the children and support their individual needs. To succeed in this role, you will receive reflection and planning time, support from the team and colleagues, as well as the principal. Professional development occurs continuously both individually and at the group level.

Within the Preschool Administration, we have free pedagogical lunches, work clothes, and as a preschool teacher, you also have an average of five hours of planning time per week. We also offer a trained mentor if you are new to the profession, as well as opportunities for further education and collegial learning. You are an educated and licensed preschool teacher. You are confident in your professional role and have an easy time collaborating, but can also work independently and drive development forward. We are looking for someone with knowledge and a burning interest in working on language development and developing learning environments. You have a holistic view of children's learning and development that is well anchored in the governing documents.
